Though I've spent two decades in the weight room, my journey to training wasn't a straight line, and I think that’s my greatest strength as a coach. I spent years at the executive level in the private, non-profit, and government sectors. I understand the grind. I get the long hours and the high-stakes stress. I know the difficulty of maintaining your health when it feels like your calendar is working against you.
I hold a B.S. in Leadership and Human Development from Louisiana State University and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the NCCA accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
This mix of real world experience and education has given me a unique perspective on how to lead people through change. I don’t just hand out cookie-cutter workouts; I apply my background in human development to help you build a sustainable lifestyle.
Whether we are training at Prime Fitness RX in downtown New Orleans or in my private Metairie studio, my goal is to provide a structured, motivating environment where you can focus on what matters: a healthier you.
